Good afternoon PirateNation. We are going to have another COVID-Vaccine Clinic on 2/24/22. This is for your 1st, 2nd shots for ages 5 and above as well as boosters for ages 12 and above. The boosters can be given 5 months after the second primary dose. Please email or call.
This month is Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month. Ms. Bonner is the next GHS CTE teacher feature. She is our Family and Consumer Science teacher. Her classes include Family and Consumer Science, Lifespan Development, Food Safety and Nutrition, Methods of Teaching/Instruction, Foundations of Teaching, and Dynamics of Human Relations.
Human Services and Education/Training are the two FACS pathways offered to GHS students. Students who complete these pathways/classes are able to earn certifications in CPR, First Aid, and ServSafe Food Handler.

Governor Asa Hutchinson has proclaimed February as Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month in Arkansas. This month we will be profiling our CTE teachers and sharing all the wonderful experiences/educational opportunities they provide for our students here at Greenland High School.
First up is Ms. Taylor Pruitt. Ms. Pruitt is our Business Teacher and FBLA(Future Business Leaders of America) sponsor. Her classes include Survey of Business, Digital Marketing, Retail Business, Fashion Merchandising, and Personal Finance. Students who complete her classes can attain certifications in Microsoft Office.
